Taco Bus Quesadilla.
Taco Bus doesn’t make your typical crap chain-restaurant Quesadilla. I don’t really care if it is authentic or not, I could eat this everyday.

It’s no secret that we at the Food Club love Taco Bus. We’ve now reviewed this place over 4,209 times.
There’s not one single characteristic that would accurately represent our love for this place. It could be that Taco Bus is a locally-owned or maybe it is the variety of options or it could be the semi-scary neighborhood of the original location on Hillsborough Ave.
I believe that the most important thing about Taco Bus: the food is just FREAKING DELICIOUS!
Visitors to the Tampa Bay area have to visit Taco Bus. It is not just a novelty for visitors, it is a place that locals will frequent regularly. By the way, if you stop by sometime soon, try the Watermelon water.

Surprise! Taco Bus serves more than just tacos and burritos.
Try this “Butternut Squash Centro” on your next visit. While maybe not the leanest menu item (yes, it’s squash, but there’s a LOT of olive oil going on here and you eat it like a dip with chips) it is a tasty app to share, and a good way to sneak in a vegetable before you stuff your face with carnitas and other delicious marinated meat-stuffed tortillas.
