Ca phe da

Vietnamese restaurants have a version of iced coffee, or ca phe da. It is crazy-sweet and packs a punch. This tasty treat involves a metal French drip filter atop a glass containing condensed milk. The hot coffee drips into the condensed milk creating a tasty ooze, which is then poured over ice. Perfection!
