I wasn’t so sure about this, but it is a fun and messy alternative to regular salad.
Take romaine hearts and halve them. Give each a nice rub-down with olive oil. Next, grill for a few minutes on the flat side on low-ish heat (you’ll have to experiment). Flip to the other side and top with Parmesan cheese. Remove once the salad is warm and add: pepper, pinch of salt, tomatoes, diced onions and a cream-based dressing, like blue cheese. Fun stuff.
