Time to fire up the grill, because it’s almost the end of summer! Well, except here in the swamplands of Florida, where summer never ends and likely has only just begun. Wahh…it’s hot outside.
Grilling at home means you can have a big, beefy burger that’s higher in flavor and lower in guilt than one from a restaurant. Toppings are so ‘90’s. Get crazy and try mixing some chopped ingredients right into your burger- this one had fresh jalapenos and crumbled blue cheese, all up in it. #jeah
Boost the health factor by pairing it with roasted sweet potato wedges. Up the snob gourmet factor and enjoy it with a top shelf  wine like this 2009 Chevalier Cabernet Sauvignon. With a meal like this, who needs to go out?!
